  • contract or onboarding checklist

(this ensures expectations are set out clearly for all parties)

  • disciplinary procedure
  • grievance procedure

(both of which are a legal requirement for 5 or more employees, although its good practice to have even if you only have one employee)

  • social media policy

This gives you more control over what is posted on your employees social media sites. After all, you don’t want to be associated with any wrongdoing or, comments that could come back to you and your business.

All the above can be tailored to your business for a fixed £450. If you already have contracts in place we can offer you a onboarding checklist to ensure you are guiding both new and existing employees correctly and they know what is expected of them. Having an onboarding process in place from day one will help to evidence your process should the need ever arise.
