  • Disciplinaries/dismissals – There are two main areas where the disciplinary process can be followed conduct and capability. You must ensure any potential challenges are dealt with both fairly and consistently by following your procedures, and the Acas code of conduct.
  • Dealing with lawyers – let us liaise with lawyers on your behalf we have some great lawyers we can speak to or pass on the details to you.
  • Settlement agreements – previously know as a compromise agreement, these are legally binding contracts used to end employment on agreed terms including the employee making a binding agreement not to sue in return for a payment.
  • Mediation – A voluntary process usually led by an impartial 3rd party to aid conflict resolution. This avoids formal and expensive paths by helping to guide individuals to a acceptable outcome for all.
  • Employee Onboarding – every business should have an induction process in place, this gives new employees a positive experience from day one.
  • Employee offboarding – equally as important as your onboarding process the off boarding should include an exit interview with the individual, allowing for feedback about their employment with the company. Ensure their access to any sensitive data is removed before they leave the company.
  • Other policies either renewals or new policies – Not got the right policies in place, or are unsure of what you should have, we can take a look and advise, and help implement if you desire.

Dazzle has been set up as a cost-effective way for growing businesses to access the services of an HR professional without the need for a full time HR Manager.

Yes we can help with employee issues that may arise such as discrimination issues misconduct, allegations of bullying/harassment, to name a few. At Dazzle we understand it can be overwhelming when you are faced with these problems and we are on hand to help or support as much or as little as you require.

Settlement agreements are legally binding contracts used to end employment on agreed terms that include the employee making a binding promise not to sue the employer, in return for a payment. We can help you with having “without prejudice” conversations, negotiating a settlement figure and provide you with a settlement questionnaire to hand over to reputable lawyers who are required to deal with the legal aspect of the contract. Dazzle recommends and has direct contact with lawyers who are ready to deal with this type of situation.

When it comes to the redundancy process Dazzle appreciates the struggles on both sides, we are on hand to support your with and oversee every stage of the process including documentation.

5 stars!

Rachel recently helped me with a potentially tricky Redundancy process. She helped manage the process, prepared the minutes of meetings and drafted the letters.

Rachel’s assistance and guidance was invaluable and certainly helped make sure that everything ran smoothly with a fair outcome for all involved.

It gives me great pleasure to recommend Doug. I had the opportunity to work with him on a few very key strategic projects. He is the consummate professional with a great work ethic. He is very strong analytically and brings a lot of insight and passion to any project he participates in.

I will enthusiastically endorse Doug for any senior role that requires a strong leader.

When you arrived on the first day your smile said “It’s going to be ok, we’ve got this.”

Rachel gave us invaluable support. Her professional yet flexible approach enabled us to confidently feel we were in safe hands. We would strongly recommend her to anyone needing HR advice and guidance.

Thank you Dazzle Support. Thank you Rachel!

5 stars!

Rachel’s key talent is that she is a natural empathic communicator. Equally experienced and comfortable in difficult discussions with (occasionally angry, scared or stressed) employees as she is comprehensively explaining strategy and results with C-suite executives.

Rachel’s other key strengths which make her an asset to any company include knowledge of the HR field, approachability (my door is always open/ call me anytime attitude), talent (particularly with dealing with people), drive (to achieve the targeted result) and of course given the nature of HR her unwavering professionalism.
